2. What this website does
complianceready.eu is an information website about the company. It has no user accounts, no contact form, no newsletter and no online sales. Purchases happen on the separate brand websites, each with its own privacy policy.
3. What data we process, why, and on what basis

4. Who receives your data
- Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which delivers the website.
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Fonts). Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts are requested when the page loads. Analytics cookies are set only after consent.
- Providers of IT and e-mail services that we use to run the company and answer enquiries.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep data
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them under its standard settings.
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for the period in which claims related to it may arise.
- Analytics: according to the data retention setting configured in our Google Analytics property. The browser cookies last up to two years, see the cookie policy.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. To use these rights, write to hello@complianceready.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
